Craig started CTA in 1993 and has been dedicated to its success ever since. He believes that the strength of CTA lies in its commitment to excellence, both in its product offering and its high standard of personalised service.

With 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Craig's expertise lie in providing the correct cover advice, choosing the most secure insurance underwriters, negotiating the best rates and, possibly the most important skill of all, getting claims paid. It's this experience, combined with forward-thinking that has made CTA what it is today.

With 28 years of experience in the industry, Michelle rightfully describes her area as 'the engine room' of the business. Managing client liaison, underwriting and day-to-day amendments to our clients' policies are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Michelle's job description, which she takes in her stride.
